How do you accept payment for custom projects?
At the moment, I can only accept payments from Venmo or Zelle. I’m currently working on getting additional payments added. However, my shop does offer a wider range of payment methods.
When do I pay and when can I expect the product?
I do require a “good faith” payment upfront. This is usually a small portion of the final cost that was agreed upon. You will receive the final product after the preview has been approved and the final payment has been made.
How does the design process work for custom projects?
Once I receive your message with the details about the project, I’ll reach out through email about further details needed. When I have all the details about the project, I will give you the total cost in a contract for you to sign. I will start the creation process when I receive a signed contract and a “good faith” payment. This may include a research phase before sketching. Email updates will be sent about which stage in the creation process I’m currently working on. Drafts or previews will also be sent before the final product. When all drafts and previews have been agreed upon, the final payment must be made. When the last payment is received, I will send the final product as described in the contract.
Do I need to sign a contract if I want to buy a product from the shop?
No. I only require contracts for custom illustration and graphic design projects. If you want to buy a premade illustration, just go to the shop page. There you can buy and download an electronic version of the illustration to be printed at the shop of your choice.
How does downloading an illustration from the shop work?
When you have selected the illustration(s) you would like to purchase, click on add to cart. Once you have added it to your cart, you continue through the purchase steps using a credit or debit card, Amazon Pay, and other purchasing options. The payment process is completely safe and secure. Once the purchase is confirmed and verified, the download of the illustration should begin immediately. You will be able to download your purchase three times from the website. Once it’s downloaded to your device, you can make as many personal copies as desired. The downloaded illustrations are for personal use only! The downloaded illustrations are not to be re-sold for any retail or commercial use(s). The individual who purchased the illustration is the only one who has a license to use it and the illustration can not be shared or distributed.
What do I do if the purchased illustration didn't download?
Not to worry if the purchased illustration didn’t download. If you have purchased an illustration, please contact me as soon as possible. Once I receive your message, I will verify that the payment has been processed and then I will personally send you the illustration you purchased through another electronic method.
